For Technical support, the first place to look is to the CHROMiX ColorForums. CHROMiX personnel monitor these forums continually. Other users and CHROMiX personnel can answer your questions. Many questions have already been asked and answered in several threads.
Feedback System
The Maxwell Client app has a built-in procedure for requesting Technical Support:

Launch the Maxwell Client
Go to Maxwell Client > Feedback System… (Mac) or Window > Feedback System… (Windows)
Fill out the required fields on the Feedback form
The user can report a bug, request technical support, or suggest a new feature for the software
Try to include a thorough description and step-by-step instructions for reproducing the issue
Checking the include Cache DB checkbox will include the database of the Maxwell Client. This can help CHROMiX personnel in solving any database-related issues.
